Liverpool's board eager to tie Mo Salah to a new contract by January

 

According to Football Insider says SG and Liverpool want to get Salah's contract sorted before the January transfer window opens.

The report states that FSG want to get Salah tied down to a new deal very soon, and well ahead of when the transfer window opens on January 1.

It has also been claimed that FSG believe that should negotiations over Salah's contract drag on into the New Year, hopes of agreeing an extension will “all but evaporate".

For his part, Reds manager Jurgen Klopp is eager to see the striker secured to a new deal.
