Cristiano Ronaldo has made Man United worse not better: Jamie Carragher
Speaking to the Telegraph, former Liverpool man Jamie Carragher said: "Manchester United remain a team of individuals rather than a team. Cristiano Ronaldo has added to that rather than fixed it.
"That's why, despite a brilliant squad, they are not yet at the level of the other three. Dropping five points in their last two home games highlighted lingering inconsistency.
"Manchester City are still the team to beat. There was a question mark against them after failing to replace Sergio Aguero, but it is business as usual for Pep Guardiola."
Carragher continues to dismiss Man United's title aspirations this season despite the fact that the Red Devils are just one point behind Liverpool in the Premier League table.
As for the 43-year-old's latest criticism of Ronaldo, the Portuguese is already having a positive impact on the squad with players changing their diets after watching Cristiano's menu.
