"If Asensio, Isco, Luka Jovic are unhappy, it's good: Ancelotti speaks on lack of playing time
During the press conference ahead of the Mallorca clash, Carlo Ancelotti was asked to comment on the recent rumours saying that Marco Asensio is unhappy with the lack of playing time at Real Madrid.
"Everyone knows what I think, it's difficult to form a line-up, and it is possible that he is unhappy, it's normal. To me, it's not normal if someone doesn't play but is happy with it," the coach said, as quoted by Diario AS.
"If Asensio, Isco, Luka Jovic ... are unhappy, it's good. They don't have to be happy.
"He [Asensio] trains well, I like him. If everyone is involved, they will have minutes. Isco and Jovic changed the dynamics when they came in [against Valencia]."
This term so far, Asensio has played 68 minutes across five matches, all off the bench. Last season, he was a regular starter.
It's been said that Marco intends to have a discussion with Ancelotti if the situation continues
