Haaland, Olmo andPogba talk: Barca transfer plans for the 2022 season revealed in detail
Barcelona are planning to add Dani Olmo, Erling Haaland and Paul Pogba to their squad for the next season, Mundo Deportivo claim.
Dani Olmo
The RB Leipzig midfielder is considered the easiest target. The player has already told Barcelona he wants to come back to the club.
Interestingly, Olmo will earn less at Camp Nou than he currently gets in Germany.
Laporta will try to get Dani in January. If Leipzig are not willing to sell in the winter, Barca are prepared to wait until the summer.
Erling Haaland
The wonderkid is Laporta's 'dream' and 'obsession'. The club is aware the Norwegian would be available on a bargain €90m fee next summer.
However, agent fees and compensation to the player's father would drive the total price up to €140m. Haaland also wants a €20m-per-year salary.
Barca understand they can't offer him this financial package and are at a 'disadvantage' compared to other clubs interested in the striker.
However, there is still hope in the Catalans' camp as Laporta is friends with Erling's agent Mino Raiola.
Paul Pogba
The 2018 World Cup winner is seen as a 'market opportunity' for Barcelona.
Unless he extends his deal with Man United, the Frenchman becomes a free agent next summer.
Blaugrana could snap him up on a free, but they understand it won't be cheap due to hefty wages, bonuses and agent fees requested by Pogba and his agent Raiola.
Laporta wants to have a 'beast' in the midfield: a combative box-to-box player, and the 28-year-old fits the bill perfectly.
The president has already started early talks with Pogba and his entourage about a potential transfer.
