Donny van de Beek's agent opens up on midfielder's failed exit move
Speaking to Dutch outlet Voetbal International, Donny van de Beek's agent Guido Albers explained: "Manchester United are holding everything back.
"It's disappointing that United are not cooperating [for a transfer]."
The agent adds that several clubs - especially Everton - were interested in signing the midfielder this summer but the club refused to let him leave.
Having made only 19 league appearances last season, Donny is yet to make a single start in 2021/22. This is despite a promising pre-season show.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will have to make a decision about Van de Beek's future as it's unfair to keep him on the benches if he's not playing.
Donny was recently excluded from the Netherlands' national squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers because of lack of game time.
