Barcelona boss Koeman provides Ansu Fati Fitness Update

"Fati? Well, we don't have to go fast. I think that Ansu still needs more time to compete at the best level. He's been out injured for a long time and you can't recover your form in two or three weeks. He needs more training sessions. We want to have Ansu for a long time," Ronald Koeman has told the media.

Ansu Fati is expected to make his first Barca appearance in 9 months in September. It's yet unknown whether he'll be fully fit shortly after the international break, though.

The 18-year-old has been out since November. The forward has made 43 appearances for Barca so far, scoring 13 goals and providing 5 assists.
