Cesar Azpilicueta is likely to start against Manchester City after Reece James suffered an injury.
If Azpilicueta plays on Sunday, it will be his 400th appearance for the Blues in all competitions.
This means Azpilicueta will go 13th on Chelsea's all-time appearance list.
Though he has fallen behind Reece James this season, the club captain remains an important presence and excellent player.
James will be out for Sunday's game with a hamstring problem, however, as confirmed by manager Frank Lampard.
