Philippe Coutinho Speaks On Possible Liverpool Transfer Return
Philippe Coutinho appears to be nursing a return move to Liverpool.
The 63-cap Brazil international left Anfield in 2018 after Barcelona signed him for £142million.
Coutinho endured a miserable start to his Barcelona career before he was shipped out on loan to Bayern Munich.
He has rediscovered his form this season under the watchful eye of Ronald Koeman.
But the 28-year-old is reportedly stalling over signing a new contract with the LaLiga club.
And the midfielder has admitted it is ‘impossible’ to say where his future in football lies.
Speaking to the magazine World Soccer: “The Premier League is one of the most exciting leagues in the world.
“To have the chance to play for a team like Liverpool will always be something I feel grateful for.
“It’s impossible to say what could happen in the future or not.
“But right now my only objective is to have success with Barcelona.”
