
This list of football clubs in England is not limited to the teams playing in the Premier League, I have added those that have won competitive honours run by official governing bodies too.
I know some of you will say Manchester United are the biggest/richest club in England despite them not challenging for major honours since Sir Alex Ferguson retired, and probably why they appear first on the list.
Some of you are clamouring for Liverpool because of their history and their recent dominance.
Still, others are making a case for Manchester City because of the last few years.
Bt the truth is, I have not made this list in the order of their greatness, them being the most successful or anything else, so don’t just bother alluding anything to their order of appearance.
