Barca and Real Madrid to miss out on La Liga title this season: Supercomputer predicts

Since the start of 2020/21 La Liga season, Atletico Madrid has been in fine form winning 8 of their 10 La Liga matches with 2 draws and this good that to the campaign has seen them sit at the helm of the log but that has not been the case for Real Madrid and Barcelona who currently sits 4th with 20 points and 9th with 14 points respectively.

According to Supercomputer prediction, Barcelona and Real Madrid are now second and third best-rated teams to win the 2020/21 La Liga title, according to a statistical model from FiveThirtyEight.

Real Madrid and their bitter rivals have respective chances of 15% and 35% of finishing at the top of the table.

Atletico Madrid is now the likeliest candidate to claim the title this season with 38%.
