Liverpool Release Pics Of New £50m ‘World Class’ Training Ground
Liverpool’s new £50million stunning training centre is expected to open in November.
The state-of-the-art strctre will be called the AXA Training Centre after the insurance company won the naming rights.
The new development, based in Kirkby, will include three full-size pitches, goalkeeping and warm-up areas, along with two gyms, a sports hall, pool, hydrotherapy complex and specialist sports rehabilitation suites.
Manager Jurgen Klopp will also have a shiny new office with a long balcony, allowing him to overlook all the training pitches.
The move brings an end to their Melwood base, which has housed Liverpool stars for the last 70 years.
