Evra: 'We don't need Van de Beek

Speaking on Sky Sports after the Chelsea stalemate, Patrice Evra said: "Why did we buy Donny van de Beek?

"I have nothing against him. He's watching the game from the stands. We don't need him. Nobody will say it but that's the truth."

The Dutchman, who also failed to play a single minute against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League on Tuesday, joined Manchester United from Ajax in the summer for a fee of £35.7 million.
