Mesut Ozil has mocked Spurs' predicament with a very pointed tweet.
The Arsenal playmaker was asked whether he would prefer retirement to joining Spurs – and he delivered a perfect response.

After all, remember that kid who grabbed his FA Cup winners medal as if he was stealing it from a supermarket? That boy, Matt Smith, has more trophies than Harry Kane.
Even 19-year-old William Saliba, who has not played a single official game in England, has already won more silverware than Dele Alli, having lifted the Community Shield trophy.
