Barcelona star Rafinha on the verge of completing €14m Premier League move

Barcelona's midfielder Rafinha is said to be close to moving to the Premier League for €14m, Sin Concesiones report.

However, the source doesn't give away any names; so far, 'Rafa' has been linked with Leeds United and Everton.

Rafinha has only one more year left on his contract with Barca and it's said that Ronald Koeman doesn't count on his for the next season.
